Fernando Arencibia Jr. is a highly respected leader in the commercial real estate industry with over 22 years of experience specializing in Commercial Real Estate in South Florida. As Co-Founder, Broker, and Co-CEO of AVANTI WAY COMMERCIAL, a full-service, tech-powered commercial real estate firm, Fernando has played a pivotal role in over $100 million in real estate transactions and is recognized for his contributions at local, state, and national levels.
He has held influential leadership positions, including serving as the 2022 Chairman of the Board of MIAMI Realtors. In 2023, he chaired the Florida Realtors Commercial Committee and served as Chair of the Florida Realtors Public Policy Committee in 2024. Since 2019, Fernando has been a National Director for the National Association of Realtors (NAR), contributing to the NAR Commercial Committee and currently serving as Chair of the NAR Commercial Federal Policy Committee. He currently serves as the Florida Realtors District Vice-President for District 4.
Mr. Arencibia is also the co-owner and operator of a full-service Avanti Way Realty franchise in South Florida, recognized as the 3rd Fastest Growing Company in South Florida, with over 1,800 agents across 15 locations in Florida.
A seasoned international speaker and thought leader, Fernando is the co-host of the award winning commercial podcast “Between Two Chairs” and has been featured in numerous local, state, and national publications.
His accolades include being named a 2024 RISMedia Real Estate Newsmaker, receiving both the 2023 Florida Realtors Commercial Realtor Achievement Award and the 2023 Florida Realtors Realtor Achievement Award, becoming the first leader in Florida Realtors’ 107-year history to win two state awards in the same year. He was also honored as the 2022 MIAMI Realtors Realtor of the Year, the 2020 MIAMI Realtors Commercial Realtor of the Year, and received the NAR National Commercial Award in both 2019 and 2021. In 2017, he was inducted into the RE/ MAX International Hall of Fame, and in 2014, he received the FIU Holo School of Real Estate Leadership Award.
Fernando holds a Master’s Degree in Social Sciences from Florida International University and continues to lead with expertise, innovation, and a passion for advancing the real estate industry.
